What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Process customer data including new business, claims and cancellations.
- Address and rectify any errors that may be identified
- Load data within agreed timeframes on a program-by-program basis ensuring data integrity is maintained
- Ensure all policy cancellations and changes are processed in an accurate and timely
- Assist with the support and maintenance of the various business systems
- Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure the business has timely access to accurate information across all business systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, via phone and email in a prompt and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance requirements are adhered to by supplying the relevant PDS to clients under the regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and profitability of the business through the identification and implementation of efficiencies and enhancements
- Create and maintain Policy Administration processes and procedures, ensuring clear and concise documentation of current processes including ongoing review of department manuals
- Reconcile data outputs and data inputs with 100% accuracy

What other are the Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge?
- Completion of VCE or equivalent
- Insurance or Financial industry experience preferred
- RG146 compliance certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' administration and customer support experience
- Previous data processing experience
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
- Demonstrates initiative and ownership
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively in a team environment & autonomously
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
