Assurance Manager/Associate Director/Director - Audit & Assurance - Consulting Firm - CA

Position: Manager/Associate Director/Director

Team: Assurance

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.

- Review and analyze financial statements and audit findings.

- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members.

- Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide recommendations.

- Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit under Indian GAAP and related services for client.

- Review of financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAPs.

- Review of the work performed by the team members and manage multiple engagements.

- Work with the Audit engagement teams to consistently deliver high quality output.

- Act as Supercoach of the assigned staff and have supervision and coaching skills, the ability to motivate engagement teams.

- Management reporting for investors/ stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in audit assurance.

- Keyskills: IndAS, Indian GAAP, Audit & Assurance.

- Education: Chartered Accountant.

- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
