Job Description :

- Detailed process walkthroughs and updating SOPs with defined processes

- Aligning SOPs with policies and regulatory requirements. Documenting the manual and system controls

- Documenting manuals to align with the SOPs and COA

- Documenting RCMs for every SOP and periodic testing of the RCMs and report inconsistencies and track closure

- Periodic reviews & sample checks to drive enforcement of the standardized SOPs and policies across the group

- Standardization of processes across the group and report exceptions

- Define roles and responsibilities for every process, specifying entity-level controls with group level controls

- Documenting digitization requirements for manual processed

- CA from Big4 with atleast 10 - 12 years experience of specific SOP/policy formulation and adherence specialization.

- Experience associated with Financial Services domain is an added plus
