Key Responsibilities : - Establish, Implement, and Communicate the strategic direction of the organization's operations and logistics function. - Define SOPs and Ensure smooth onboarding of brands - Responsible for the KPIs of the entire operations team across the various warehouses of the company. Mentor and motivate the team to achieve productivity, align them with the company values and goals. - Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual KRA discussions with the operations managers and submit reports, provide feedback and drive improvements. - Oversee monthly client reviews and ensure overall client satisfaction with Prozo's services. - Source and select warehouses for expansion of footprint - Expand logistics services by introducing/adding new logistics partners. - Lay foundation to new initiatives in the supply chain domain such as hyperlocal delivery, dark stores etc. - Responsible for ensuring customer retention and delight - Coordinate with the various functions within the organization to manage internal and external deliverables. Manage contracts and relations with various stakeholders vendors, customers, partners, etc - Oversee the implementation of technology solutions in operations - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, evaluate risk, and lead quality assurance efforts. - Work closely with business development team in planning and executing client acquisition and retention strategies.
