We use cutting edge technology, data analytics, research and new age media as a key differentiator in redefining how political leadership engages with the citizens.  - ABM comprises former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals and other professionals from diverse, backgrounds. The team has the experience of working on several successful political campaigns across the country at both the state and national levels. ABM recently finished helping a national political party win the biggest electoral mandate at the state level in India.  About the Role :  At ABM, Managers/General Managers (GMs) develop consultative political and campaign strategy for the client (political party) with a team of associates. They plan & manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, coordinate with campaign team, and manage stakeholder engagement  During campaigns, Managers/GMs   - Are responsible for owning and deepening client relationships and ensure end-to-end project delivery. They interact closely with political leaders and organizers at the state and national level and are expected to maintain highest standards on maintenance of confidentiality, client management and project delivery  - Provide insights to the internal stakeholders into the progress and effectiveness of the campaigns thorough continuous reporting   The job often requires evening and weekend work as well as extensive travel  Position requirements :  The role of Manager/GM requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a clear understanding of working in the consulting industry. Managers and GMs are expected to drive their teams to deliver maximum impact for the client during their projects. The candidate should possess excellent problem solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership and communications skills and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.   In addition to this, the candidate would also be required to :   - Have proven project management track record and ability to lead big project teams  - Contribute ideas and strategies towards the roll-out of campaign initiatives,  - Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written  - Possess high-quality problem solving analytical skills and the ability to propose practical solutions for issues,  - Have a strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity.  Qualification :   - Minimum undergraduate/Post Graduate from a tier 1 academic institution  - 3-5 years of work experience  - Political consulting or similar experience is an added advantage
