Job Title: Associate VP - Digital Partnership Experience: 5-15 years Job Location: Work from Anywhere Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days only. Role: We are seeking an experienced individual for our business team - Emerging India business department who will be part of the growth team of partnership acquisition and distribution. Key Focus areas: - Entrepreneur mindset to find business opportunities in the retail sector of the market and within Fintech/ Insurtech / HealthTech. - Tech savvy & Be a solution provider for Business revenue growth from products and technology inventories. - Onboarding of New partners from Insurance Intermediaries or Non-Insurance partners who wish to promote insurance for revenue growth. - Capable of thinking big picture and identifying opportunities. - Take care of some existing relationships like (Web aggregators, Digital Partners, Insurance Brokers, and Corporate Agents). - Should know what and how part of the digital insurance business is set up. - Driving and encouraging business growth through all partnerships, designing an annual roadmap with the goal of achieving business targets. - Being a bridge & and working closely with the product and technology team of the partners to build product, host, and design API orchestrators, workflows, and user journeys on the partner's website. - Liaising with the partner teams to Launch New Insurance Products and processes. - Responsible for supporting business growth. - Channel Management: Manage the operations (campaigns, partners, and internal teams) across different functions on a daily basis to meet the business goals. - Identifying and acquiring potential partnerships for insurance across the industry with the optimum emphasis on quality, compliance, and business potential. - Relationship management with Digital Partnership across different levels from top management to middle management. - Monitor the presales activities at the Digital aggregator's end to ensure Aegon is being pitched to customers properly. - To ensure robust processing of the cases by effectively liaising with NB, UW, PS. - To work with the Products team to share the market info on the leading product trends and feedback to them for new product development. - To conceptualize and execute campaigns to motivate the partners. - Support and work with the Partner's Business Development team to create and pursue new business opportunities. Qualifications & Competencies: - Graduate / Postgraduate with a minimum of 5 + years of relevant experience in Online Partnership /Business Development role / Growth Head role. - Project handling expertise, acting as an information source and communicator between business teams. - Liaising between the respective internal stakeholders - Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth. - Analyzing Business needs and aligning stakeholders on business requirements, system requirements, program functions, and strategy. - Enhancing the quality of business and services. - Preparing impact and opportunity assessments regarding the cost/benefit of proposed projects. Technical Skills: - MBA with a Minimum of 5+ years or Graduate with 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Online Partner Management / Integration. - Hands-on expertise in Life Insurance product design and online Partner Management. - Analytics and database tools such as Excel.
