Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AVP / VP - Private Banker/ Sr.Private Banker to join our dynamic Private Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing them with tailored wealth management solutions to achieve their financial goals.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop investment strategies, and execute transactions. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of private bankers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. This role directly impacts the firm's revenue growth and client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and customized financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive wealth management strategies for Ultra high-net-worth clients, aligning with their individual financial goals and risk tolerance.

- Acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives, expanding the firm's client base and assets under management.

- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, providing proactive and personalized service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

- Construct and manage investment portfolios, leveraging a wide range of financial products and services to optimize returns and manage risk.

- Provide expert financial advice on topics such as investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization, empowering clients to make informed decisions.

- Monitor market trends and economic conditions, providing timely insights and recommendations to clients to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional integrity.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of private bankers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Proven expertise in wealth management, investment strategies, and financial planning, enabling effective portfolio construction and management.

- Strong client acquisition skills, including networking, lead generation, and persuasive communication, resulting in consistent growth of assets under management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling sound financial decision-making and effective risk management.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team motivation, coaching, and performance management, creating a high-performing team environment.

- A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Adaptable to working in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Indore locations, with potential for hybrid or on-site work arrangements.
