Client is a Bangalore based IB focused on M&A and Fund Raising in the Healthcare, and Digital/Technology sectors, with transaction sizes in the ~$25-500mn range.

They have worked with clients like Apollo Hospitals, Manipal Group, Zydus, Columbia Asia, Cloudnine, Delta Corp, Capital Float, Navnit Group etc. on marquee transactions. Being vertical focused, they differentiate themselves with their depth of industry knowledge, best in class quality of work and leveraging our networks across companies, strategics and funds. This reflects in their outcomes with almost 100% reference-able clients across their company's lifetime.

They are currently executing on a great pipeline of deals and, are looking for motivated individuals to join us in our journey towards meeting our 5 year goal of Rs 5000cr+ per annum of closed deal value.

About their deal closures/ongoing assignments:

~$60mn strategic divestment of leading online poker brand owned by Delta Corp Limited

~$30mn acquisition advisory for Samara Capital backed healthcare platform Marengo Asia Hospitals

~$50mn divestment of leading Indore based regional hospital chain, CHL Hospitals

Sale of leading digital media-tech brand "Digit.in" to the Times Network

~$30mn fundraise for South India based hospital chain (ongoing)

~$70mn acquisition advisory for Apollo Hospitals (ongoing)

~$500mn+ merger advisory in Tech sector (ongoing)

About the Role:

- Support director on every deal. Ownership of all deal related collateral - Deck, Data Pack [Historical financial and operating data that syncs with the story and deck], Financial model [including common size analysis and growth analysis].

- Be able to flesh out an agreed story to complete deck by working with vendors/ team [Involves getting the data from Client and fleshing each slide].

- Projections in Financial Model and Historical Data in Data pack need to be similar format or relatable. Grip on data that goes into projections especially data that will play out during a process. Not more than 5% deviation on projection during process.

- Be able to manage the associate and coach the person to deliver the desired output. Be willing to spend the time needed to augment the training provided by the company. Ability to get the best out and train the associate on what is expected including TAT/ rigour, technical info etc.

- Ability to handle conversations with the principal/ associate in the funds and hold their own to defend the business model/ numbers/ competitive landscape etc. Ability to coach the founder on what each investor is looking for so that we make every meeting high impact.

- Be able to pattern match and align story data pack and model and highlight strengths and weaknesses of the company to the director. Be able to respond to additional data requests during the process as requested by the Director.

- Be able to create possible FAQ pack/FAQ Data ahead of Curve. Should be able to handle investor calls on collaterals owned by them. Be able to Market Size.

- Be responsible for the TAT/SLA while addressing investor queries.

- Anticipate key questions that an investor might have and prepare detailed notes to address the concerns/queries.

- Handle all calls on historical data and model with the funds.

- Manage the due diligence process and flag possible issues that could result in the deal falling through or inordinate delay in timelines.

- Own the closing process after the docs are signed.
