AVP / VP

- 4-8 years of relevant investment banking experience

- Strong transaction execution and client management capabilities

- Lead execution of M&A and private capital raise mandates from pitch to closure

- Independently manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact during transactions

- Lead investor outreach and manage interactions with PE funds, VCs, strategic investors, and family offices

- Coordinate negotiations, due diligence, and transaction processes with all stakeholders
