Associate Vice President - Venture Capital

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and evaluate potential investments in deep-tech startups and new technologies

- Work with portfolio companies to drive their success and identify new deals

- Interpreting financial statements and using them to make predictions about the viability and growth potential

- Build relationships with entrepreneurs and other industry professionals

- Assist with all stages of deal execution, including sourcing new investment opportunities, preparing investment memos, conducting due diligence, and reporting on successful exit opportunities

Ideal Candidate :

- 7-11 years of experience across: Front-office Investment Banking (M&A, PE coverage, ECM, DCM) AND Corporate Development / Strategy / CEO's Office in a high-growth tech or large enterprise environment

- Tier-1 academic pedigree (IIT/IIM/ISB/Ivy League/top global MBA).

- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

- In-depth understanding of transaction processes, deal structuring, and valuations.
