Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Advisory
- Engage with client CXOs and senior stakeholders in Airlines, Airports, and GDS ecosystems to identify transformation opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI strategies, next-gen distribution, advanced analytics, personalization, operational optimization, and customer experience.
- Lead business-driven assessments and recommend AI transformation roadmaps.
Solution Development & Industry Playbooks
- Develop AI-led industry solutions around revenue management, dynamic pricing, customer personalization, disruption management, and operational efficiency.
- Build industry-specific playbooks and frameworks for modernizing GDS, airline, and airport systems via AI/ML, NLP, and generative AI.
- Collaborate with AIonOS product and engineering teams to align platform capabilities with industry use cases.
Client Engagement & Transformation Programs
- Lead AI transformation programs from strategy through execution.
- Drive digital solutions adoption across critical airline and airport business areas (operations, loyalty, crew management, customer service, disruption recovery, fraud detection, etc.).
- Ensure business impact realization (revenue uplift, cost optimization, improved customer experience).
- Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Development
- Represent AIonOS in client forums, industry events, and analyst briefings as a travel domain thought leader in AI.
- Build alliances with partners (GDS providers, airline tech vendors, airport solution providers, AI startups) to strengthen solution ecosystem.
- Develop industry POVs (point of views), white papers, and market insights to position AIonOS as a leader in AI for travel.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in the Travel industry (GDS systems, Airlines, Airports, or Travel Technology Providers) with significant exposure to technology-led transformation.
- Strong understanding of travel distribution, operations, passenger services, ancillary revenue models, loyalty programs, and airport ground systems.
- Proven track record in consulting, solution design, or transformation leadership within the airline/airport domain.
- AI/ML exposure ability to translate business problems into AI opportunities (predictive analytics, personalization, customer service automation, operational optimization, generative AI).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging with C-level executives.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to drive industry narratives.
- Global exposure in engaging clients and working in multi-cultural environments highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with airline IT systems, airport operations platforms, or GDS providers (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, etc.).
- Knowledge of GenAI and large language models (LLMs) for customer service, disruption handling, and intelligent operations.
- Ability to build business cases and ROI models for AI adoption.
- Prior consulting firm or solution architecture leadership experience a plus
