We are looking for a seasoned Training Leader to drive large-scale transformation across global voice operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on business-aligned training, performance improvement, and CX excellence.

What Youll Drive :

- Lead and execute global training strategy aligned to business goals and operational KPIs.

- Own end-to-end training lifecycle across large international voice BPO operations.

- Build scalable, standardized training frameworks across multiple geographies.

- Partner with operations to improve CSAT, Quality, AHT, and productivity.

- Drive onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development programs.

- Own training P&L, cost optimization, and ROI.

- Influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic business partner.

What Were Looking For :

- 20+ years of experience in Training within international Voice BPO / CX operations.

- Proven experience managing large, multi-location training teams.

- Strong understanding of CX metrics & operational performance drivers.

- Demonstrated P&L ownership and business impact through training.

- Experience in driving AI / tech-led learning transformation.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
