Key Responsibilities: Site Hiring (Frontline/Volume Hiring): - Drive large- scale volume hiring for voice/non- voice processes across delivery centers. - Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, RPOs, and hiring agencies. - Implement technology and automation for high- volume recruitment processes. - Track hiring metrics (TAT, quality, cost per hire) and implement process improvements. Collaborate with workforce management and operations to align on headcount plans. Lateral Hiring: - Lead end- to- end lateral recruitment for leadership and support functions (HR, Finance, IT, Ops, Quality, Training, etc.). - Build strong pipelines for niche and high- demand roles through strategic sourcing. - Drive employer branding to attract mid- senior level talent from the industry. - Ensure best- in- class candidate experience and stakeholder engagement. Campus Hiring: - Design and drive the campus hiring strategy for operations, technology, and corporate functions. - Establish partnerships with Tier 1/2 colleges, universities, and finishing schools. - Plan and execute Graduate Trainee, Management Trainee, and Internship programs. - Build structured onboarding, training, and conversion programs for early talent. Leadership & Strategic Initiatives: - Define and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth. - Lead and mentor a high- performing TA team across regions and functions. - Leverage talent analytics to drive data- based hiring decisions and workforce planning. - Partner with the employer branding team to strengthen the organization's presence in the talent market. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory, labor, and company policies.
