Role Overview:

As the AVP - Talent Acquisition - BFSI, you will spearhead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for our BFSI vertical, based in Delhi. Your day-to-day will involve leading a team of recruiters, partnering closely with senior business leaders, and driving innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.


You will be instrumental in building a high-performing workforce that fuels our growth and success in the competitive financial services landscape. This role directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional services to our clients and achieve our business objectives by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the BFSI vertical, aligning with business goals and ensuring a robust talent pipeline.

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture focused on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and meeting hiring targets.

- Partner with senior business leaders to understand their talent needs, providing strategic advice and guidance on recruitment best practices.

- Drive innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels including direct sourcing, employee referrals, and social media to attract top-tier talent.

- Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

- Implement and maintain talent acquisition metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders on key performance indicators.

- Champion diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process for all candidates.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies within the BFSI sector.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing recruitment team.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior business leaders.

- Expertise in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent through various channels, including direct sourcing, social media, and employee referrals.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure top talent in a competitive market.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

- Deep understanding of talent management principles and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
