What Youll Do As a Supply Chain Delivery Manager, you will:

- Develop and implement integrated global supply chain strategies covering the full contract lifecycle across multiple spend categories and geographies.

- Shape and execute supply base development, including managing key strategic suppliers, identifying new suppliers, and improving supplier performance.

- Deliver proactive supply chain plans and optimize resource deployment to meet business objectives.

- Hold contract and financial signing authority within delegated levels of authority.

- Build and leverage strong networks across the supply market, gaining deep insights and competitive intelligence.

- Execute stakeholder management strategies and ensure high-quality supply chain service delivery.

- Develop a deep understanding of relevant business areas and design solutions that meet and challenge stakeholder requirements.

Skills & Experience Were Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.

- Strong commodity and supply market knowledge across multiple categories.

- A degree-level education or equivalent; supply chain certification preferred.

- Proven experience contributing to strategic, business-critical supplier relationships and contracts.

- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end sourcing.

- Experience using supply chain tools, techniques, and frameworks to improve business outcomes.

- A track record of taking ownership for issue resolution in a supply chain services environment.

- Experience designing and implementing various supply chain models (offshore, outsourcing, utility, make-vs-buy).

- Strong cost and financial management capability.
