Social Media Marketing Lead: 1. Responsible for driving the overall SMM strategy in tandem with agency and Senior Management 2. Agency on boarding and management 3. Budget planning - Achievement of Goals within Budget including % of cost reduced on key projects. Negotiation with partners to derive best possible costs. 4. Responsible for driving incremental fans/followers YOY and MOM 5. Responsible for improvement of the Engagement Rate YOY and MOM 6. Optimize campaigns to receive minimum CPC/V, CPE, CPM & CPD basis the benchmarks of the industry and Company. 7. Responsible for website traffic by driving X% of total traffic from social media content 8. Ideation, conceptualization and execution of all social media campaigns and activities along with digital media buying to attract potential customers within the allocated yearly budget 9. Responsible for daily, monthly and yearly social media calendar (BAU) including creative development, media planning and implementation. 10. Responsible for providing results and reports on time. This includes monthly review to Marketing Head and CDO. Campaign reports and any other report required. 11. Responsible Influencer marketing and tie ups with publishers 12. Responsible for leading Online Reputation Management process. This entails setting processes, systems and interaction with agency and Customer Service Team. 13. Introducing new processes and platform integrations company vide to increase efficiency, if applicable. 14. Understanding Business problem/opportunity/ requirement for new or existing product/ services and need of a new campaign 15. Identifying the correct TG for the product/ services and wearing customer's hat for understanding the need and for the product/ services in their lifestyle 16. Conducting research to understand the industry, competition and consumer behaviour towards the product category 17. Be the Leader and guide for Social Media conversations within the company. 18. Mentor a junior and bring accountability and efficacy within the team.
