Associate Vice President - Project Manager

We're Hiring: Project Manager (Associate Vice President Level).

Are you an experienced Project/Program Management professional ready to take on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives? We're looking for a Project Manager (AVP level) to lead enterprise-wide programs and drive transformation across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver complex, multi-year enterprise programs from initiation to closure.

- Translate strategic vision into actionable program roadmaps and execution plans.

- Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage senior leadership communications.

- Establish program governance, oversee risk & issue management, and ensure financial discipline.

- Mentor project managers and business analysts, ensuring delivery excellence.

What We're Looking For?

- 18+ years of experience in program/project management, with senior leadership exposure.

- Proven track record in technology integrations, M&A programs, or business transformation.

- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or CSPM preferred.

- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.

Location: Pan India (flexible across major metros).
