VP MBB - Operations

Role Overview:

The role is a leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives across client engagements. This role involves working closely with senior client executives and internal consulting teams to identify opportunities for improvement, design and implement innovative solutions, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with client business goals, resulting in improved efficiency and profitability.

- Drive process excellence initiatives across client organizations, leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM to streamline operations and reduce costs.

- Spearhead change management programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures, minimizing disruption and maximizing impact.

- Provide expert guidance on business strategy development, helping clients identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and develop competitive advantages.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader on operational and strategic matters.

- Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

- Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by developing thought leadership content, best practices, and case studies related to operations and strategy.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Proven expertise in process excellence methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.

- Exceptional change management skills, with a track record of successfully leading organizational transformations.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

- Must have 18-25 years of experience in operations management, consulting, or a related field.

- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
