We are seeking an exceptional Associate Vice President (AVP) - Marketing to lead our personal care portfolio. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly blend brand strategy with aggressive market execution across all channels, driving significant growth for our dynamic personal care brands.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our brand, innovate products, and deliver impactful campaigns from strategy to execution, with a strong focus on both traditional and digital marketing.

What You'll Own & Drive:

- Brand & Product Innovation Leadership: Take full ownership of the personal care brand strategy, defining its unique positioning and compelling narrative in a competitive market. Play an active role in the product development lifecycle, infusing deep consumer insights to launch offerings that truly meet and exceed customer expectations in skincare or hair care.

- Integrated Campaign Excellence: Lead the end-to-end development and execution of high-impact ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) campaigns. Collaborate closely with leading creative agencies to conceptualize and deliver groundbreaking communications that cut through media clutter and achieve measurable results.

- Sales & Marketing Synergy: Act as a critical partner to the sales team, ensuring seamless translation of marketing strategies into effective on-ground implementation, trade marketing initiatives, and robust lead generation aligned with business outcomes.

- Digital & Pre-Sales Command: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our in-house pre-sales and digital marketing teams. Ensure a cohesive, powerful, and optimized online-to-offline customer journey that maximizes engagement and conversions.

- Performance & Quality Champion: Define and embed a culture of high-quality, efficient, and data-driven delivery across all marketing initiatives. Implement metrics to continuously optimize for impact with minimal oversight, ensuring marketing excellence in every endeavor.

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Define holistic brand strategies, consumer segmentation, and positioning to ensure market differentiation. Lead campaigns from concept generation through to flawless execution, driving both brand equity and commercial success.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 14-20 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a significant tenure in Skincare or Hair Care marketing within the FMCG Personal Care sector.

Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.

Mindset: A creative yet disciplined marketing professional with a strong bias for action, quality, speed, and efficiency.

Leadership: Proven cross-functional leadership skills, with a passion for execution excellence and the ability to inspire and guide teams.

Agility: Demonstrated ability to adapt to market dynamics, drive innovation, and manage complex projects across diverse channels (ATL, BTL, Digital).
