Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns. 12) Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Qualifications and Experience: 1) Strong 8+ years background with a deep understanding of offline/traditional & online marketing 2) Proven experience leading marketing teams in a fast-paced, startup environment. 3) Preferred, if you have experience of working and scaling in E-commerce or Inventory driven business. 4) Experience with building and scaling large-scale distributed systems. 5) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
