Associate Vice President - Industrial & Warehousing Leasing - Commercial Real Estate

About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead Industrial & Warehousing Leasing across multiple geographies. The role focuses on development and execution of leasing strategy, occupier acquisition, negotiation, stakeholder management, and market intelligence.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships across 3PLs, e-commerce, FMCG, auto, logistics and manufacturing occupiers, as well as IPC networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute leasing strategies for industrial and warehousing assets.

- Drive occupier acquisition across 3PL, e-commerce, FMCG, auto, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.

- Manage the end-to-end leasing cycle including outreach, site visits, negotiations, and closures.

- Build strong relationships with IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, etc.) and key decision-makers.

- Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Projects, Legal, and Finance for seamless transaction execution.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new industrial clusters for pricing and planning.

- Support management in strengthening brand visibility via events, forums, and client engagements.

- Ensure portfolio health via tenant retention and proactive client relationship management.

- Drive MIS reporting, leasing dashboards, and performance metrics.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Deep understanding of the industrial & warehousing ecosystem.

- Proven experience in leasing industrial/logistics parks or warehouse assets.

- Strong network across occupiers and IPCs.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex transactions.

- Strategic mindset with execution ability.
