We are hiring a dynamic Associate Vice President - Enterprise Sales to lead Direct and Agency sales across a diversified media portfolio (DOOH, billboards, transit media including bus shelters, metro, airport, and public transport advertising).
This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market penetration, and building strong brand & agency partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Lead monetization of the media ecosystem through brand partnerships.
- Develop & execute GTM strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Drive end-to-end partnerships from pitch to closure.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly & annual revenue targets.
- Expand business across traditional, digital, and integrated platforms.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and PSUs.
- Create customized, data-driven media solutions aligned to client objectives.
- Ensure sustained revenue streams through long-term partnerships.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
- Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and enable continuous development.
4. Market Insights & Strategy:
- Track market trends and competitor movements.
- Provide forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with operations, creative, and finance teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
