Role Summary:

- The incumbent will be responsible for conducting monitoring reviews, validating control effectiveness, and driving issue resolution across regional banking units.

- The role involves reconciliation activities, data analytics deployment, and collaboration with global compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute monitoring reviews for regulatory compliance

- Reconcile employee declarations and broker accounts

- Validate remediation plans and escalate systemic risks

- Enhance monitoring methodologies and scripts

- Support compliance projects and regional initiatives

Candidate Profile:

- Strong grasp of risk and control frameworks

- Analytical and issue articulation skills

- Knowledge of APAC banking regulations

- Experience with Alteryx or similar tools

- Excellent stakeholder management
