About the Role

Estate Giant is looking for a results-oriented and strategic Associate Vice President Business Finance to drive critical financial planning, business partnering, and analysis functions. This role will work closely with leadership to support high-impact decision-making, optimize business performance, and ensure sound financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning cycles including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.

- Provide actionable financial insights to support business unit strategies, revenue growth, and margin optimization.

- Partner with cross-functional teams and business heads to evaluate investments, business cases, and cost-efficiency opportunities.

- Build and manage financial models for new initiatives, pricing strategies, and expansion plans.

- Drive accurate and timely financial reporting, performance analysis, and MIS dashboards.

- Ensure financial controls, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.

- Mentor junior finance team members and contribute to a culture of financial excellence.

Requirements:

- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance roles.

- Industry experience in real estate, infrastructure, or allied sectors is a strong plus.

- Demonstrated experience in driving business outcomes through financial insights and collaboration.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, performance tracking, and decision support.

- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
