Primary Responsibilities - To lead the Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement charter for aviation BPO processes by driving strategic transformation initiatives, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing customer experience. - The AVP will spearhead deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality frameworks aligned with client and business goals. Required Skill Set - Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified (mandatory). - Proven experience in leading Business Excellence or Process Transformation in a BPO/KPO environment. - Exposure to the aviation domain (customer service, reservations, baggage claims, loyalty programs, etc.) is highly desirable. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in data tools (Excel,Minitab, Power BI). - Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to drive change in a complex, high-paced environment.
