Job description


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced P&L Head to lead our staffing firm's business operations. As the P&L Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall profitability and growth of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in new sales generation, current account management, and fostering growth opportunities, particularly in the GCC (Global Captive Centres) , Captives, or Product clients.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Profit and Loss Management: Take ownership of the company's financial performance, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded while effectively managing costs to maximize profitability.


2. Business Development: Lead efforts to drive new sales by identifying and pursuing opportunities for business expansion. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and acquire new clients (GCCs)


3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively offer solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


4. Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to capitalize on and drive sustainable business growth.


5. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and account management teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.


6. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, market trends, and performance metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.


7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact the company's financial performance or reputation. Implement effective risk management strategies and controls to safeguard the organization's interests.


8. Compliance and Governance: Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity and transparency across the organization.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.


- Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role within the staffing industry, with expertise in new sales generation, account management, and business development.


- Strong understanding of the GCC and experience working with Captives or Product clients is highly desirable.


- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.


- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.


- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.


- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.


- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
