
Description: We are a Gurgaon Based leading Recruitment Partner for various reputed MNCs and Corporates engaged in various Sectors on a PAN India basis for over a decade.
Presently we are looking for the eligible candidate for a Associate Vice President as per the below given details.
Responsibilities:
- Working with external partners to develop appropriate partnerships to improve and enhance the existing deliveries and capabilities.
- Work with the internal technology and alliances team to build and increase operational and solution capabilities.
- Manage and work with Leaders to help penetrate the length and breadth of the Banking vertical from operations team to sales and hunting teams to be able to infuse & drive capability.
- Lead solution for RFP, RFI, RFX from a domain, transformation and innovation stand point.
- Identify Business Development opportunities across the value chain, build solutions framework to address these opportunities.
- Liaise with cross functional teams and Subject Matter Experts like operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, Human Resources etc.
for the creation and design of solutions for prospective and existing clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team and create collaterals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply judgement, creativity and flexibility to generate new and innovative ideas and approaches and to solve complex problems.
- Challenge and influence others, including senior colleagues and stakeholders, to ensure that the right outcomes are achieved.
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
- Superior communication (oral and written), organization and project management skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate.
- Experience in Banking preferably Retail payments and Cards.
- Overall 18 yrs of experience with at least 5 Prior years of experience in solutions and leading large RFP bids.
- Excellent Written, Oral and analytical skills coupled with excellent Presentation creation skills.
- Good MS Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint experience.
