Associate - Venture Capital Platform

Description:

Our client is a leading early-stage venture capital platform investing in frontier innovation across tech and AI.

They are hiring an Associate (24 years experience, ideally post-MBA) to support end-to-end investing from thesis building and deal sourcing to due diligence, execution, and portfolio engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build sector theses and identify high-potential startups

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling

- Support due diligence and draft investment memos

- Assist in deal execution and portfolio value creation

Ideal Profile:

- 2 to 4 years of experience; strong preference for MBB / Tier-1 strategy consulting / Investment Banking backgrounds

- Post-MBA from a top-tier institute preferred

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

- High ownership mindset and interest in frontier technologies
