The team assess financial and business opportunities and risks to measure and optimize value - supporting management in the decision-making process.  Valuation Services:  - Business valuation   - Brand, Distribution network, IPR & Other intangible assets valuation   - Fixed assets valuation   - Financial model review  About the Position:  Academic Qualification: CA / MBA (Premier Institutes only)  Work Experience : Ideally the application should have:  - 1 - 3 years of relevant post qualification experience  - Prior experience in Valuations  - High team orientation  - Good communication both written and oral (including report writing)   - Analytical skills  - Strong Financial modeling skills  - Should be very conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPoint  - Significant amount of initiative  Preference will be given to applicants who have worked with the Big 4 or reputed Investment Banks  Roles / Responsibilities:  - Understand client issues  - Provide support to the team in efficiency and productivity of managing an engagement  - Risk Management  - Support on marketing pitches  - Independent charge of financial modeling  - Prepare deliverables for engagements
