Qualification: Chartered Accountant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A) Managing end-to-end tasks pertaining to:
- Preparation and execution of Income tax returns for Corporates;
- Preparation and execution of tax audit reports for Corporates
- Preparation and execution of Form no. 3CEB and master files for corporates
- Preparation and execution of TP documentation and memo
B) Supporting partners in assessment and litigation tasks involving:
- Preparation of technical submissions for corporate tax assessments and transfer pricing assessments
- Preparation of appeals to be filed with CIT(A) and ITAT
- Handling penalty proceedings and stay proceedings
- Conducting technical research
C) Supporting the partners on:
- Corporate tax advisory projects
- Transfer pricing advisory projects
- International tax advisory projects
- Withholding advisory
D) Handling a team of energetic qualified and semi qualified (between 4 to 8 team members)
E) Having good theoretical and some practical knowledge of regulations evolving in UAE
- Contribute to Firms initiatives focused on preparing and releasing on technical updates / newsletters etc.
