Role Overview- AiDash is seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join the Founder's Office. This high-impact role involves working directly with founder & CPTO, contributing to the company's growth by shaping strategic priorities and executing cross-functional initiatives. You will drive critical projects across key functions, such as product management, technology, customer success, and investor relations, supporting both short- and long-term goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: - Collaborate with the founders to define and refine strategic roadmaps for short- and long-term success. - Lead high-impact initiatives aligned with AiDash's vision and priorities, driving measurable results across departments. Program Management: - Execute and oversee key programs across customer success, product management, technology, and business services. - Initiate and guide process improvement projects that enhance efficiency and align with strategic objectives. Operations, Reporting & Governance: - Help establish a strong governance framework, facilitating regular reporting and updates to the executive team. - Support the founders in tracking OKRs and program results across functions to ensure alignment with overall goals. - Contribute to performance reporting and investor, board, and executive communications.
