Associate/Senior Associate/Vice President - Consulting

Job Description :

- This role supports or leads financial due diligence work for U.S. and global private equity, corporate, and lender clients. It involves QoE, working capital, revenue/EBITDA analysis, carve- outs, integration assessments, and preparation of high- quality client deliverables.

The organization is a rapidly scaling U.S.-focused advisory group specializing in transaction advisory, restructuring, valuations, and performance improvement. The India team works closely with U.S. deal teams across sectors including technology, consumer, healthcare, industrials, energy, aviation, and financial services.

Description:

- Execute or lead financial due diligence analyses including QoE, working capital, cash flow, and revenue/EBITDA reviews.

- Review financial statements and management data to identify risks, trends, and value drivers.

- Prepare client- ready deliverables such as analytical schedules, data books, QoE bridges, and executive summaries.

- Support or lead carve- outs, synergy evaluation, and integration- related assessments.

- Manage multiple engagements and collaborate closely with U.S. deal teams.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement and India- team development.

Profile:

- Brings 2-8+ years of FDD/Transaction Advisory experience, depending on level.

- Strong analytical, modelling, and problem- solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create polished client- ready outputs.

- Comfortable working in a high- velocity, high- expectation environment with strong ownership.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to contribute to a growing team.
