About the Role
Were looking to hire 2 high-calibre Strategy professionals to join our growing Strategy function. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to incubate, scale, and drive high-impact initiatives that move the needle for the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with company priorities
- Work closely with leadership to structure problems, develop insights, and drive execution
- Support incubation of new business models, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to inform decision-making
- Own outcomes from ideation through execution, with clear accountability for results
Who Were Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB preferred)
- Experience working with or consulting for startups
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Proven ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and drive initiatives independently
