About the Audit & Assurance (Financial Service Practice):

- Statutory Audits of Banks, NBFCs, and other FS entities

- IND AS / IFRS reporting

- Regulatory and RBI reporting requirements

- Audit of complex financial instruments

- Risk assessment and audit planning

- Quality reviews and compliance with professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Statutory Audit engagements for Financial Services clients.

- Plan, execute, and review audit procedures in line with the auditing standard.

- Assess key risks, internal controls, and financial reporting processes

- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with IND AS / IFRS and regulatory requirements

- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders

- Guide, coach, and review work performed by team members

- Ensure timely delivery, audit quality, and adherence to PwC methodologies

- Support practice development, audits of complex areas, and governance initiatives

Technical Skills Required:

- Statutory Audit experience in the Financial Services sector

- Strong knowledge of IND AS / IFRS and auditing standards

- Understanding of RBI / regulatory guidelines applicable to FS entities

- Experience in auditing complex financial instruments and estimates

- Risk assessment, audit planning, and control evaluation

- Proficiency in MS Office and audit tools
