They are looking to hire Associate / Sr. Associate - Project Advisory Disputes Location : Delhi CTC : 12-18 L Fixed Plus Variable pay (15% - 20%) for Sr. Associate Key Responsibilities : - Identify the costs, time and organizational issues inherent to the projects; and - Quantify delay, disruption, additional costs and the quantum damages suffered as a result of the identified issues. - Perform relevant analyses and proposes adequate solutions for difficulties encountered. - Takes ownership of analysis and data books, ensures analysis presented in the report is consistent with data books and source data and is up to date, reconciles between report sections and flags inconsistencies. - Summarizes findings of analysis carried out and difficulties encountered to project manager. - Drafts chapters of a draft report based on analyses carried out. - Contribute to the feedback mechanism within the organization for the development of PAD skills across all geographies. Candidate Profile : - Engineering background with 2 -5 years experience - Should have experience of working on engineering, construction, manufacturing, energy or oil and gas projects for where he/she was involved in at least one of the following areas - Project management - Planning / project controls - Quantity surveying / cost control; and - Contract management / administration. - An interest in the discipline of delay and/or quantum forensic analysis
