Role Details:

Position Levels & CTC:

Experience Required:

- Associate: 1.5 to 4 years

- Senior Associate: 4 to 7 years

- Education: Tier-1 B-School graduates only

- Diversity candidates preferred

- Immediate joiners highly preferred

- Must be based in or open to relocate to Bangalore/Gurgaon

Must-Have Skills (ISD Integration, Separation, Divestitures):

Applicants should have solid experience in:

- M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions)

- Pre-Deal & Post-Deal processes

- Buy Side & Sell Side Due Diligence

- Operational Due Diligence

- Commercial Due Diligence

- Integration Management

- Separation Management

- Exposure to large-scale Integration & Divestiture programs

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management & communication skills

Role Overview:

You will work across the deal lifecycle in advisory & value-creation engagements:

- Support pre-deal assessments and due diligence

- Drive integration and separation project workstreams

- Conduct commercial and operational reviews

- Analyze synergies, risks & value drivers

- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
