Key Responsibilities : This role is pivotal and straddles many parts of the investment ecosystem, largely focused on how we can build the right ecosystem network in helping portfolio companies, sourcing deals and raising strategic capital. Keeping our portfolio startups at the centre of focus, the selected employee will play a key role in developing the right network of relationships and nurturing them to ensuring the success of our portfolio companies and hence the Fund. The role will also help us build the right networks to enable us to diligence our investment targets rapidly and support creating a strong brand for the fund in the ecosystem 1) Build and support the startup ecosystem 2) Consistently work towards developing relationship in the broader startup ecosystem particularly with Corporates who would be potential portfolio company customers,, with other investors (angels, VC investors, corporates, government funds, etc.), accelerator and all major stakeholders that have strong influence on early-stage startups. 3) Proactively manage relationships and build stronger association with all the ecosystem stakeholders. 4) Participate actively in startup community events to identify high potential startups and build personal relationship with influencers. 5) Investment support - Support deal leads in the Investment process when required. 6) Portfolio Management 7) Work closely with the portfolio companies to support them to the best with respect to key introductions, connections and other strategic advice. 8) Work on different corporate startup connect programs - Conceptualize and execute pitch sessions and other events that bring visibility to our portfolio. Key skills & abilities : 1) Ability to deal effectively with C level executives in large corporate houses in India and Globally. 2) Strong networks in the start-up and corporate communities. 3) Passion and understanding for technology, startups and venture ecosystem. 4) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to plan. 5) Excellent communication skills - both, verbal and written. Strong command over Office tools like PowerPoint and other.
