Associate/Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President - Structured Finance & Syndication

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate with good corporate/business coverage experience (and has been a Relationship Manager for Corporate Finance/Corporate/Commercial banking) and can independently source corporate fund-raising deals.

2. Participate in end-to-end life cycle of debt syndication assignments across MSME, Large and Mid- corporate clients and Asset backed portfolio like Construction & Equipment Finance, Leasing, Supply Chain and Channel Finance, Project, and Infrastructure Finance.

3. Develop knowledge of various aspects of debt fund raising including regulations, tax, excel modelling and documentation.

4. Preparation of Information Memorandum, Investor Note, Prepare & Present External & Internal pitch for Clients, Internal Committees, Board or Senior Management.

5. End-to-End Deal Management Viz. Sourcing, Providing advisory for Structuring of Deals, liaisoning with Senior Banking & Finance Professionals for Deal Placement, Resolution of Queries, Deal Documentation & Deal Execution.

6. Perform Comprehensive Due Diligence including Financial Modelling, Deal Structuring & Appraisal, Drafting & Negotiating Term Sheets & Loan Documentation with clients & other stakeholders.

7. Assisting in building and managing of long-term investment partnerships with all stakeholders including investors, clients, rating agencies, trustee, legal counsel etc.
