BNC is currently mandated to recruit for one of our esteemed clients based in Gurgaon for the following roles:

Associate - Internal Audit

- Qualification: CA Fresher

- Strong understanding of Internal Audit concepts

- Good communication and analytical skills

Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

- Qualification: CA

- Experience: 2-5 years in Internal Audit (IA)

- Experience in risk assessment, process review, IFC, and control testing

- Ability to independently handle assignments and client interactions

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audit assignments across business processes

2. Perform risk assessment and develop audit plans

3. Evaluate internal controls and identify control gaps

4. Draft audit reports with actionable recommendations

5. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audit execution

7. Assist in implementation and follow-up of audit observations

8. Support management in strengthening governance and risk frameworks
