Associate - Research - Research & Analytics Firm

Our client is a research and analytics firm that supports global financial institutions and corporates. The team has a growing set-up of 30+ professionals who work on in-depth investment and business strategy research for both buy-side firms (like private equity, venture capital, family offices, hedge funds, and independent sponsors) and sell-side firms (such as boutique investment banks and merchant banks).

Role:

The Associate will interact with senior investment professionals at the client end across a spectrum of research projects. Internally, he / she acts as a manager to our Analysts.

Overview of Work Deliverables:

- Financial modelling

- Valuation analyses

- Industry landscaping

- Financial analysis

- Company profiling

- Information memorandum

- Investment committee documents

Prerequisites:

- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience

- Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude

- Strong analytical ability

- Dedication to exceeding client's expectations

- Attention to detail

- Understanding of corporate finance

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
