Associate Regional Head - Agency Vertical - Life Insurance

We have an urgent opening for the position of Associate Regional Head in Agency Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handling a team of 3 to 5 Area Managers and Branch Managers.

- Ensuring better delivery, quality, and overall operating relationship of the company.

- To monitor Product Mix/Riders so that branch profitability is maintained.

- Formulating business development plans to achieve business targets.

- Maximizing customer satisfaction level, monitoring customer complaints and providing efficient services.

- Preparing MIS of team members and keep a track of their performances.

- Developing and sustaining the existing network of esteemed financial consultants and clients.

- Ensure the activation of old financial consultant & drive team for continuous recruitment of new financial consultants.

- Optimising sales methods to best acquire, develop and retain customers.
