About the Role:

We are looking for a domain expert in PVC, PET, and Engineering Polymers to drive enterprise sales and market expansion. You will own the revenue charter for the region, acquire new high-value accounts, and build deep relationships with manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive B2B sales growth for PVC, PET, and Engineering Polymers portfolio

- Identify and close new enterprise accounts in South India (and PAN India)

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle with strong CRM discipline

- Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers in the plastics industry

Who Should Apply?

- Polymer Specialist: Proven experience in selling PVC, PET, Resin, LDPE, LLDPE, or Engineering Polymers/Commodity Products

- Regional Linguist (for South role): Fluent in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam

Role Overview:

As the Regional Sales Lead (North/South Region), you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the assigned region. This involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve regional sales targets. Your efforts will directly impact revenue generation, market share, and customer satisfaction within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the North or South region.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed individual and team sales goals, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer loyalty and retention.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.

- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and product launches within the region.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining ethical and professional standards in all sales activities.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.

- Proven leadership skills with the capacity to motivate, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
