Associate Program Manager - Influencer & Creator Growth - D2C

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager - Influencer & Creator Growth to help scale creator-led growth initiatives for digital-first, D2C health and wellness brands. This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with creators/influencers, understands content-driven growth, and has experience in early-stage or 01 journeys.

You will work across creators, content, and growth to build scalable influencer programs that drive awareness, trust, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage influencer/creator programs across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, etc.)

- Own end-to-end creator campaigns: discovery, outreach, onboarding, briefing, execution, and reporting

- Collaborate with content and brand teams to create high-performing, authentic creator-led content

- Develop long-term creator partnerships beyond one-off campaigns

- Support category launches and market expansion using creator-led strategies

- Track and optimize performance using metrics like engagement, CAC, ROAS, and conversions

- Run experiments and build repeatable playbooks for influencer-led growth

- Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders with high ownership

What Were Looking For:

Must-Have:

- 1-4 years of experience working with creators/influencers in a D2C or consumer internet company

- Experience in 0-1 journeys or early-stage teams

- Exposure to performance marketing or growth analytics

- Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle categories
