Role Overview:
We are hiring a hands-on HR Operations professional to support a new site in Indore. This role will be the single HR point of contact for PAN-India operations, working closely with business leaders and US stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Hire-to-Retire HR Operations
- Onboarding (Mandatory), offboarding, HR documentation & employee queries
- HRMS / Workday operations (basic to moderate exposure is sufficient)
- Payroll coordination, BGV, statutory & labour compliance
- HR MIS, dashboards, approvals, and governance reporting
- Support interviews and site-level HR initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
- 610 years in HR Operations / HR Shared Services
- Functional exposure to Workday or HRMS (3 yrs minimum)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a standalone, high-ownership role
