Position: Associate Program Manager APM || 3 Positions (details of each position given below) 1: APM: Looking for someone with work exp in Fraud detection in fin-tech, Banking sector, Education sector. 2. APM: Looking for someone with work exp in CRM tools working knowledge. 3. APM : Looking for someone with work exp in technical domain working with product manager, data analytics etc.Will work as assistant product manager OR Associate product manager. - Graduate/Post-Graduate from Top IIT/NIT, having a prior work experience of at least 1 year. Required Skills: - High integrity with the ability to command respect and create a sense of community amongst the team members (both internal as well as cross-functional) - Good knowledge of planning techniques, monitoring, and controlling mechanisms - Demonstrated leadership skill with sound business understanding - Good knowledge of program and project management methods, budgeting and resource allocation - Ability to work effectively and independently within a team - Proficiency in data analytics - prior experience of using R, Tableau, PowerBI or another statistical tool is good to have - Strong problem solving and creative skills with a clearly defined design point of view Please note it is 6 days working only Sunday Off and startup work culture.
