Role Overview

The role works closely with senior leaders and program owners to drive execution across growth, product, operations, content, and AI. It is a stepping stone into larger ownership roles over time.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives across growth, product, and ops

- Break down ambiguous goals into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables

- Coordinate across teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time

- Track metrics, identify risks, and flag execution bottlenecks

- Support experiments across funnels, pricing, and new launches

- Build foundational systems, dashboards, and documentation

Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience, preferably in startups or high-growth environments

- Demonstrated ownership beyond task management

- Structured thinker with strong execution skills

- Curiosity about consumer businesses and growth mechanics

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
