Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our product, venture, and financial technology strategies - combining a top-tier consulting mindset with execution capability, underpinned by strong business and financial understanding, entrepreneurial spirit, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply strong business analytics, statistics, and quantitative analysis to drive data-informed decision-making and modelling.
- Work through complex business problems with analytical rigor to arrive at sound recommendations.
- Bring a working knowledge of financial services, FinTech, or applied AI trends and evolving technologies to strategic discussions.
- Support venture-building efforts - early-stage product ideation, business model innovation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Bring a creative, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
- Travel as required for client visits, partnership meetings, and market research.
Work Experience:
- 1-3 years of prior full-time experience in any of the following (specific employer/firm is flexible - assess the nature of the work, not the brand name):
- Strategy consulting - hands-on client-facing strategy work (not research/knowledge-support arms such as McKinsey's Knowledge Centre, BCG Vantage, or Bain's BCN)
- Product management at a top-tier startup or tech company, with genuine 0- 1 product-building and cross-functional leadership experience
- An MD's / CEO's office role within financial services
- Startup founder or early team member with strong ownership and a track record of building or scaling a product
- Design thinking roles at firms such as IDEO, frog, or similar innovation labs, combined with business/product strategy understanding
- Venture studios, corporate innovation teams, or accelerators, with experience incubating or growing startups
