Associate - Product Marketing

About the role:

As a Product Marketer, your responsibilities will also include defining strong consumer narratives to perm and contract job seekers, shaping product roadmaps across the SkillGigs product teams, developing product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product adoption of new customer-facing features. You will act as the voice of the customer by addressing questions around our product, determining target customers and how to best reach them.The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions to deliver an effective product marketing strategy to meet the business objectives in the most efficient manner.

What you'll be doing:

- Identify user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works globally. Focus areas will include product strategy and innovation, product adoption, and internal and external narratives.

- Spearhead go-to-market launch campaigns across key channels and measure results.-

- Work closely with Product Managers,Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers, and Marketing teams to develop groundbreaking products, programs, and marketing experiences that deepen our relationship with Talent and Employers globally.- to develop key messaging, value proposition.

- Conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators.

- Drive product adoption, specifically in-app product adoption. How do we get our customers to use our product more and more, i.e. increase usage, and stickiness thus driving engagement.
