Position Name: Associate Product Manager

Mandatory Requirement:
- 1-5 years of experience in product, analytics, or tech, ideally with exposure to SaaS, AI tools, or enterprise systems.
- Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, or data workflows (bonus if you've worked on GPT, Lang Chain, or vector databases).
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Help define and execute the roadmap for our LMS, Quote Management, and Insights modules.
- Collaborate with tech and design teams to build AI-first experiences from document reading and auto-summarization to conversational data queries.
- Work on features that turn static dashboards and documents into dynamic, interactive insights.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to improve data quality, structure, and retrieval for better model performance.
- Define success metrics and track adoption, accuracy, and user engagement for AI-led features.
- Translate user problems into clear requirements and iterate fast based on feedback.
Qualification and Experience:
- Strong problem-solving mindset you think in user journeys, not just features.
- Comfort with data visualization, APIs, and automation tools.
