Associate Product Manager (APM) / Product Manager (PM)

About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager with prior experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have worked on Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance products and be comfortable collaborating with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to build customer-facing digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and define product requirements

- Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features

- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement

- Drive product execution from concept to launch

- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements

- Coordinate with insurer partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles

- Prior experience in Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

- Strong ownership and execution mindset

Preferred Background:

Candidates from General Insurance companies, Health Insurance companies, InsurTech firms, insurance aggregators, brokers, or digital insurance platforms will be preferred.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with insurer integrations and APIs

- Experience in policy issuance, renewals, claims, endorsements, or servicing journeys

- Exposure to AI-enabled products and automation
